Enjoyed every second
I am currently in the process of taking over the family business of approximately 40 years and I am trying to absorb and learn as much as I can leasing up to it. It is a small business so the corporate language is not as applicable but I learned a lot of valuable information and tools I can apply immediately.
It was also pretty ironic because I had no idea Dr. Kelly has a military background. I am a Capt in the Air Force so it was encouraging to see parallels of the military and succession planning
