Publisher's summary

From an early age, Jude knew he was different. Following an early childhood filled with quirky behaviors and marginalization, Jude was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome. With the support of his parents, Jude navigated through school and university, albeit with difficulty. Jude’s life changed when he discovered he was going to be a Father. Coming to terms with becoming a parent and denying his Asperger’s diagnosis started to cause a rift between Jude and his infant child. This is a view of life and love through the eyes of an autistic adult, from being non-verbal and aggressive, to acceptance and letting go.

A real eye opener

I must say that this book was a real eye opener about children and adults living with Asperger's and how they see things. I loved the fact that the author is telling you things from his point of view as a person living with Asperger's. This book is phenomenal and different. I really enjoyed listening and learning from his experiences.
I received this audio book upon my request and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review because I really believe that this book is a teaching lesson.

Very Informative!

This book was a great source of information of from the viewpoint of the person with autism. The author describes his struggles, as well as the struggles of parents, teachers and fellow students. The author was very honest and open with his narrative.
If you are interested in an inside look at autism, you need to read this book. It also is encouraging to see not only the struggles but also the result, as the author now lives a productive and fulfilling life.
I was given a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
