Great Topis, it is important

The times we are living today is unbelievable. Who was talking about anxious children 30 years ago or more? Unfortunately today this topic you can't skip it. Living in times of high technologies, there are some advantages, but also huge disadvantages. World of economics driving people crazy, more money, never enough, etc. Social status playing unbelievable part in people's lives. That means parents spending so much time at work, occupation or businesses and less with their children. Children in schools, afterschool and children gardens. Kids too much time spending on the computers, gadgets, phones, but not enough sport activities. That kind of life driving kids crazy, anxiety through the roof, anxious children is reality. Adults and children disconnected from mother nature. Psychological trauma on the way, it's inevitable. Matrix system and virtual World of MetaVerse don't want your children to be healthy. We are as a parents have massive responsibilities to help to nurture our children to remain them good humans. Parents consumer spending must be revaluated to be able more time involved in childrens life. The challenge is not small. Thanks to the author of this book with help to manage stress and anxiety to our beautiful children. Different practices well presented in this book to maintain anxiety level low. Hopefully, parents who reading throughout this book will teach their children apply knowledge accordingly. Practice makes perfect

Awesome book for Anxiety

This is a great book where I got to learn a lot about anxiety and children. I learned that it varies from person to person and what works for ‘A’ may not or must not work for ‘B’ . I am going to use the tactics and tips and will share with others.

Essential for Parents

This book brings attention to so. many overlooked aspects raising children. For example, could part of the problem actually be you? Are your children adapting and modeling our own behaviors. This book taught me to not just look at my child but myself and my partners behaviors that could be part of the root of my Childs behavior. Provides you with many examples, strategies and activities for overcoming anxiety with your children. I highly recommend this book fo all parents!
