About this listen

A. W. Pink (1886-1952) was a Christian pastor and author. In his book Why Four Gospels?, Pink explains the reason for the existence of four gospels in language that is easy to understand. He provides a detailed exegesis of each of the four, in order to explain the purpose and perspective of each. He concludes that the four gospels do not contradict but supplement one another to provide a more comprehensive portrait of the person of Jesus Christ. In Matthew, we encounter Jesus as Messiah and King of the Jews. In Mark, we see the Servant of God. In Luke, we observe the human Jesus as the Son of Man, Adam’s descendant. Finally, in John, the supernatural Jesus, the Son of God, appears.

why four Gospels?

I will read and listen to this book over and over again, in conjunction with "Four Views of Christ ", by Andrew Jukes.
This regimen will instill in my mind a divine paradigm through which to view the Gospels.
This kind of biblical exposition is so refreshing when compared with the imaginative and the conjectural work that is being produced nowadays.
Thank God for good teaching!!!
