Brilliantly voiced, a beautiful interpretation.

Deliciously narrated volume, this has been one of my favourite audio adaptations on Audible. Definitely would recommend to all listeners of a magickal/pagan bent, as well as those seeking solace from an often noisome, bruising world.

Mispronunciation

I can’t speak to the Welsh words, but Irish words are often horribly mispronounced. It’s like she asked for help with some words but assumed she knew how to pronounce the others. That’s crazy disrespectful. Rather than making listeners conversant in terminology that is *in Celtic languages*, it has the opposite effect. :( I’m only a few minutes into chapter 1 and I don’t know if I can continue.

Great Overview and Insight into Natural Mysticism

I truly enjoyed how this book touched on and explained so many various nature magic topics central to Celtic and Druidic culture as well as expressed such a great need on our part to embrace and be a positive influence in preserving the environment we've taken for grant far too long.

enjoyed jt

had a lot of great info. I do wish I got the physical book to follow along with, but that's just my personal preference so I had it to look back on in hand. I'll very likely buy the physical copy of this. really enjoyed it overall though

Wondrous

Finally! I love learning about pre-christian traditions and history! Cultivating and expanding on a love for the earth and nurturing wonder in just being has resonated throughout my life, even before I had words to describe why.

In this book, the narrator enunciates words in many different Celtic tongues. The topics cover all of the elements and how to live in balance with them. It encourages respect of all traditions, people, and places.

I will probably listen to this again and again and maybe get a hard copy for reference. I’m so glad this book exists!

A good book.

This book has a good summary of information. It has many interesting bits that are new to me. It doesn’t have obvious sources. It is well narrated but can begin to feel dry. I enjoy the information, but the warnings start to frustrate me. Overall I have had a positive experience, and the sentiment of the book is well said!

A Good Book of Magickal Inspiration

This title Wild Magic was an inspirational, intuitive, entertaining and enlightening audiobook. The imagery is vivid, transporting one to the very scenes described herein. Its primary essence leads one to feel that it is a great thing to just let ones own magick emerge without feeling that it is in anyway lacking simply because you may not be doing a ritual in some way that has been previously established. Wild Magic encompasses a system of magick that draws on our own instinctual leadings in our ceremonies, rituals, spells, incantations and the traditions we feel flow naturally from our soul.
Surely there is instruction, guidance from traditional systems, and practices. Yet it leaves one excited to begin their own individual path, to draw from nature, our ancestry, and our inner self our unique version of magic that makes sense and feels right to us.
Much appreciation to the author and all involved in this title!
