Publisher's summary

Every person she kisses finds their true love, and it’s never her—until now, in this funny and magically romantic short story by the New York Times bestselling author of The Dead Romantics.

Audrey Love is cursed to be the person before you find your soulmate, the girl you dump for your true love. So when her best friend disappears hours before his Valentine’s Day wedding, Audrey fears that she did the unthinkable and kissed him at last night’s bachelor party. With help from the best man, she retraces her steps to find the missing groom and, with any luck, a true love of her own.

Ashley Poston’s With Any Luck is part of The Improbable Meet-Cute, irresistibly romantic stories about finding love when and where you least expect it. They can be read or listened to in one sitting. Let’s make a date of it.

Super cute!!

Honestly this was SO stinking cute and adorable. It had such a succinct and fulfilling plot with just 40 pages?! How?! I’m flabbergasted by that!

Just good nothing over the top

So this installment didn’t impress me as much as the others did. It was good just not over the top.

WITH ANY LUCK

WITH ANY LUCK IS A ROMANTIC NOVEL WRITTEN BY ASHLEY POSTON AND NARRATED BY AMY MCFADDEN. THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT RETELLING OF THE WEDDING THAT HAPPENS ON FEBRUARY 14. ONLY ONE PERSON CAN SATISFY THE URGE TO WED, AND THAT POSITS TO BE THE BRIDE TO THE GROOM. THIS WAS A FUNNY ANY HYSTERICAL PIECE OF LITERATURE.

Meet cute...

Definitely a meet cute. I loved the characters, the premise, and the ending. It was sweet, to the point, and just a little naughty. If you are in the mood for something to make you smile with some feel good moments, this might be what you are looking for.

Cute, but needs a little more.

Short and sweet, but I really wish it had more!!! Another scene or an epilogue would have made it perfect. This series is cute and has been great for angst free listening!

A lesson in moderation

While I liked the story's premise of a best man and maid of honor teaming up to find a missing groom, I found the drink induced amnesia plot contrived.

I personally can not fathom why anyone would want to drink to the point of losing their memory.

The Twist at the end was good but also so simple that anyone without a massive hangover would have thought of it immediately. (Not to say the book was predictable. Just that the characters were not as smart as they should have been.)

I am still awarding four stars but only because the narrator was very entertaining to listen too. I've heard her before and she does great voice work and has excellent timing with banter, so much so that sometimes it sounds like two actors reading instead of just one.

Hangover

If “The Hangover” was cute and romantic. It was a good palate cleanser between dark books.
