About this listen

He was the best at what he did: A born fighter, a mutant whose uncanny speed and strength, augmented by the best technology money could buy, made him close to unstoppable. He had an indestructible skeleton, cast from the hardest metal on the planet, and razor-sharp claws that could cut through steel like butter.

He was Wolverine, a member of the mutant Super Hero group X-Men.

Then, everything changed.

Now, with the adamantium ripped out of his body - with his healing factor reduced to a fraction of what it once was - the man known only as Logan finds himself racing to defeat a deadly conspiracy that threatens all of mutantkind, a conspiracy that stretches across both time and space, from the ice-capped peaks of Tibet to the neon jungles of Las Vegas, from his days as an agent of the Canadian government to his years as a member of the most unusual super hero group of all time.... Here, now, is Wolverine, bloodied but unbowed, facing long-forgotten foes from his past - and unexpected challenges from his future....

I enjoyed this book and thought it was presented rather well. I enjoyed this one much more than some of the narrating in others.

One of the better books in the series

Story was good. Narration was great. I had a few minor issues with some background details but they were easily overlooked when listening to the bigger picture.
Seth Podowitz should narrate as Logan in any book he is appears in.
Definitely worth listening to.

Seth Podowitz is Wolverine’s voice

This was another cool story. I'm never disappointed with wolverine, especially when it seems like his own point of. Characters I recognize and some new ones.

wolverines point of view

Not a single Bub. Plenty of opportunity but alas not a single bub or stubby cigar. Sorry Mike. Though, I got this on a two for one deal and I’m not sad about it.

Mike Rossi, Logan didn’t say Bub once.

I might have missed it, but did we just have an entire wolverine book where the author never used the word “bub?”

The story was decent. This is another of those marvel books I felt could have been absolutely about any person. There was nothing wolverine about it at all.

I found the cadence of the book jarring. Every sentence was short and punctuated.

Wasn’t a bad book but it really wasn’t great either.

No bub?
