I really liked this book and would recommend it. It had a great storyline and a great couple together. I can't wait to see if the series keeps going with his sister issue and his brother gets with her bff or ex boss. His grandfather and parents love story would be good also.

Good story about family and romantic love. I wished I had purchased it in print bec the audio reader didn’t positively portray the book. I do recommend the novel even if you have to endure a monotone non-female voice reader.

It took a minute to catch my attention, once it did I waited for the reason behind the trip, but never got it. Maybe there’s a part 2, cause 1 leaves readers hanging and lost. I love Carey Hite, he’s the reason o kept listening and was glad I did, but the end…..

An OK Read. This story was just OK. Nothing to write home about. Typical paperback novel. Reminded me of a harlequin novel. You know the ones with the woman and the big muscular guy on the cover sweeping her off her feet, or in a passionate embrace? Picture that but with black characters in modern day.
