Meredith's journey!

Not a bad journal-style rendition of a group of survivors making their way to suspected safety during the zombie apocalypse. Book one started out with a male journal writer and narrator, but when he came to an unexpected end the journal was passed on to one of the females in the group, Meredith. The female narrator doesn't have the same impact as the male, but it's not bad enough to completely put me off. Much to do about Meredith having her baby. She didn't want to stay in one place raising a baby so she had planned all along to give it up to a deserving couple. She made her decision and then planned her exodus from camp. Book two continues with Meredith's journey, more survivors, and her experience with the Genesis Brotherhood. The baby, Snoe, looks to become a major player in coming novels in the series. This begins to get a bit more interesting to the point of expanding to four stars.

great!

the storyline continues to entertain and keep my interest. the characters are interesting and the action is great. I do like the journal feel.

narration is a lot better for this book than the first one in the series.... cleaner recording, flowed togetherbetter. great job.

Good Zombie Story

A blog-style book...interesting concept; good for some things, not so great for others.

Decent post-apocalyptic tale...as a fan of the genre, I've read/listened to almost every scenario; Zomblog does manage to present some new and way-sick ways people become more deadly than the zombies.

I would recommend it to folks who are into zombies and enjoy a little "girl power".

They are realistic!!

This being my 14th T.W. Brown book I must say it delivers in story. I love how most of his characters are your average Joe just trying to stay alive. There are some minor hiccups with the narration but other than that it was really good. This isn’t supposed to be a professional review, just a fan who wanted to say thanks for a good story and I hope you will continue to write great books. I will also share your novels with my friends.

Good but not great

Meredith has Sam's daughter names her Snow after another friend who died and gives the child up to be raised since she did not want her and later she gets a puppy she names Sam. Most of this audible was boring due to Meredith to be honest she was a bad character and I hope something changes soon getting tired of her and her telling the story is so flat and and I give damn about anyone but me attitude and her telling the story puts the listener to sleep.
The other characters were good and some great and at the same time you could hear the disgust of the characters had toward Meredith. Were the other characters are trying to start a possible new beginning she is doing nothing but causing pain and death of the other characters and she says she does not care. Up to the time of the birth of the child she had no regard for the child and all she wanted was to get it out and get rid of it.
So up front Meredith really screwed this series of books if she keep being the main character who writes and keeps the journal updated and now she does not want to gave much more to do with the Journal to her the Journal is a waste of time the very opposite of Sam and the world is dead and no going back were with Sam he was hoping to find a better world or try to create one.
So you can tell I was very disappointed in the audible and I hope the rest are not like this one.

Zomblog series is addictive.

Would you listen to Zomblog II again? Why?

I'd happily listen to this book again. It's a great story!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Meredith is my favorite of this book. She's strong, she's sassy, & she can kick some serious ass.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene is when Meredith is sitting in the old barn. I love the way the sunset and field is portrayed.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Of course I wanted to listen to this book all in one sitting. I couldn't though. Life likes to distract me.

Any additional comments?

This would make a perfect present for any zombie fan.
