• STOP using mouthwash | getting in touch with my health in sobriety
    Apr 3 2025

When I quit drinking, I instantly felt so connected with my body. I would have these strong cravings for fruit or red meat, and I could feel when I was dehydrated or hungry. These were all new feelings to me, since I used to numb all of that with alcohol. I have gotten so in-tune with my body and have truly fallen in love with my mind-body connection, and keeping my body in a natural state is how I connect with what's going on inside.

So in my sobriety, I've chosen to let my body do the work. I add as little outside forces as possible to my health/ wellness routine, and I've seen amazing results!
