• How to Manifest More of What You Love with a Vision Board
    Apr 5 2025

In this re-broadcast, I, Aminata, Desert Rose Plant Walker Fire Woman tell you why you should create a vision board.

    Short answer? Vision boarding works!
For example, I created a vision board that was centered on the theme of Luxury and Nature. I had lots of pics of glamping and beautiful fabrics, carved wooden items, and lots of people of different ethnicities and genders laughing and touching and loving each other. I even included gold with an arrow implying price increase! Well, looking at this vision board today, I realize I’ve manifested much of what was on there:

    • I stayed in a luxurious tiny house in the beautiful Georgia Mountains for a month by myself.
    • I released an album called Message from the Trees.
    • I’ve hosted over ten retreats since creating my first vision board three years ago.
    • Gold has indeed gone up in price–and I made a profit!!
    • I even helped to lead a training where Black men worked together in a heart to heart way and more.

    Find out:

    • Why it’s more important than ever to stay focused on what your heart is ready to give and receive!
    • How to Prepare your Mind to Receive What You Love
    • How to Connect with your Highest Self via your Vision Board
    • The danger of letting the tail wag the dog–you becoming reactive rather than creative

    One more thing...
Now is the time to create your vision board. Between now and the full moon in Libra is an auspicious wonderful energy for planting new seeds and stretching beyond what is “realistic” to create something fabulous.

    To help you do that–
I’m dropping a recorded Master Class called Vision Board Party with your Future Self.

    Here's the bottom line:

    • Vision boards work best when they are timed with the moon's cycles.
    • Often it's our internal resistance that causes us to not realize our dreams
    • Resistance to your heart's desires shows up as feeling:

    like you're not doing enough

    tight and worried about finances

selfish if you invest in yourself--first

In the Vision Board Party with your Future Self, you compost and weed all of those worries BEFORE you create your board.

In this two-hour master class you learn a 5 Step Process to create a powerful vision board that merges you with your Future Self who is confident, abundant and overflowing with self-love.

It's a party because you will integrate music and other feel-good activities into your vision board process.

  • Love is the Answer: Songwriting, Ayahuasca and Forgiveness with Lipbone Redding
    Feb 14 2025

Greetings, beautiful souls. As we embark on the fourth season of the Mother Tree Network, it seems auspicious that our first episode coincides with a day of love—Valentine's Day—and the birthday of a renowned figure of love and freedom, Mr. Frederick Douglass. This season begins with a commitment to centering love consciousness in 2025—a year where decisions and actions are rooted in love, even amidst the chaotic events swirling around us.

    **The Power of Love Consciousness:**

In a world where executive orders and political tensions weigh heavily, it's crucial to ground ourselves in love consciousness. This practice isn't just a sanctuary for our spirits; it acts as fuel for the actions we take in this world. Sometimes, as I experienced recently with emotional responses to political decisions, we need to break down before we can rebuild with love.

**A Conversation with Lip Bone Redding:**

Who better to accompany us on this journey than Lip Bone Redding? This idiosyncratic and spiritually harmonious musician from North Carolina embodies what it means to live with love. His presence is a testimony to divine masculinity expressed gently through music.

In our heartfelt dialogue, Lip Bone and I explored critical societal questions, thoughts on forgiveness, and the depth hidden in simple-sounding songs. Lip Bone's talents don't stop at singing; he's a storyteller who invites his audience into his narrative with songs like "How Does It Get Any Better Than This?"

This particular song, in its deceptively simple charm, pricks at the heart and invites reflection on our outlook—whether we're faced with joy or adversity. The essence of this question, derived from a friend's encouragement in times of self-reflection, illustrates how sometimes the simplest phrases open us to possibilities and teach us about the significant details in life.

    **Embracing Forgiveness:**

A significant part of our conversation revolved around personal growth and forgiveness. The difficulty many face in forgiving themselves stems from not wanting to attach to past misactions. Lip Bone illuminated his thoughts on how revisiting every detail of past actions, even if painful, helps reclaim parts of our energy tied to those moments.

For Lip Bone, forgiveness is about presence – acknowledging every detail not to dwell but to release. Forgiveness often pairs with acceptance and compassion for our journeys and others', as both are nurturing facets of love.

**Songwriting and the Antenna of Artistry:**

Lip Bone shared his creative process as a musician, listening to the muse that guides his artistic expression. His belief in the power and responsibility of sharing through art reflects a natural state of being that gently disrupts and inspires. Art is a leading force, reshaping our perceptions and guiding us towards more profound questions and truths.

    **Creating Spaces of Okayness:**

Living at a spiritual retreat center, Lip Bone has embraced the power of creating spaces that allow individuals to just ‘be.’ His work, especially through music and meditations shared on his YouTube channel "Infinite Okayness," extends the invitation

  • Martin Luther King and Justice without Judgment
    Jan 17 2025

Aminata reflects on the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., emphasizing 'justice without judgment,' a concept introduced to her by Gary Zukav. Sharing a personal experience from 2016-2017 while canvassing for a Democratic candidate in a Republican town, Aminata highlights the dangers of a judgmental attitude. The script explores the importance of love as the foundation for justice, urging a shift from labels and blame to understanding and connection. Aminata advocates for actions rooted in love, aiming to redeem the soul of America, a principle she attributes to Dr. King's vision.
