    This week we recap the First 1/2, Half Marathon which took place here in Vancouver over the weekend. It was a hot race on a chilly day and Shanimal came home w/ a shiny new PB!     It is First 1/2, 1/2 marathon race week here in Vancouver and who better to talk about the race then 4 x champion Dylan Wykes? Dylan is a 2012 Olympic Marathoner w/ a 2:10:47 PB. He is also the co-founder of M2M, the father of two, husband to one and he possesses an abundance of knowledge on all things running. We cover a whole lot of this and that on this weeks show including a trip or two down memory lane.
