• SZN 7 EP 17 - Josh, A Firefighter/Paramedic and Mindful Meditation
    Nov 8 2024

This episode was one for the books. Mike and I had no clue what meditation could actually do for your mind, however, Josh did a phenomenal job at explaining the process and breaking it down as to what mindful meditation is. I highly suggest if you are a first responder, military or even a civilian, pease check out FoundationFortified.org and see what Josh has to offer for free. If you do happen to check it out, please let us know how it went for you! Enjoy!
