The doctors told me I’d be on medication for life, but something inside me refused to accept that fate. Instead, I took control, exploring natural ways to heal. Through stress management and purposeful nutrition—like adding flaxseeds and maca root—I turned my health around. It’s been over ten years, and I’m still medication-free.


    But my journey didn’t stop there. I battled through PMDD, endometriosis, and more, each struggle pushing me to dig deeper and find holistic solutions that truly work. What I discovered is that midlife doesn’t have to be a time of decline. It’s a time of transformation, a chance to step into your power with renewed strength.


    In this episode, I’ll guide you through the steps that helped me—nourishing your body with the right foods, embracing the empowering benefits of strength training, and prioritizing restful sleep.
