These are a collection of fly fishing articles I originally wrote for the online news app News Break in 2021. These are just my experiences fly fishing mainly in Washington State, but also in Northern California, Oregon, and British Columbia. Most of these stories took place between 1994 and 2012. Though I do give some advice about techniques, places to fly fish, and gear, this is all based on my own experience and isn’t meant to be a how-to-style fly fishing book. I think anyone that fly fishes or anyone that is thinking about taking it up will enjoy this book.

I started writing poetry in about 2004. I never really thought of myself as a poet, but I received a lot of positive feedback for the stuff I wrote, so I continued writing and publishing it. So, this is pretty much all my poetry and haiku with a few haibun thrown in here and there from about 2004-2021. I'm a big fan of Charles Bukowski, so if you like his work you'll probably like some of mine as well. Enjoy!

This is a work of Tricktion, some truth and a lot of fiction Also, it is some truth and some fiction that has been tricked out to make it a more interesting read. Some of these stories I experienced firsthand, many of them I heard second, third, and even fourth hand, if there is such a thing. All of them have been altered if for no other reason than to preempt any potential lawsuits or even attempted murders if revealing some of them happens to really piss off those that were involved. Most of these stories happened well over twenty years ago, so I have to rely on my far from perfect memory...
