Sometimes we all spend money on things we don't really need. Imagine spending a year limiting your outgoings to only the bare essentials. Personal finance journalist Michelle McGath did exactly this, and she's documented the experience in her book The No-Spend Year. Michelle joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios for an exclusive interview.
