Jack Harker and Ivy Morgan are happy. Actually, they're more than happy. They're also content. Nothing can get in their way. That all changes when a disheveled teenager shows up at Shadow Lake's weekly dance. The girl is dirty, disoriented, and traumatized. First, he has to make sure they both make it through a tense holiday season, though. For Ivy, things are less clear.

No, it seems that feelings - the big "L" word, to be exact - are weighing heavily on Harper Harlow and Jared Monroe. Both halves of Whisper Cove's favorite couple are both desperate and terrified to say it.

There's no better time to be in love - and newly engaged - than Valentine's Day. That's what Ivy Morgan believes anyway. She's happy, looking forward to spring, and eager to show her fiancé Jack Harker around Shadow Lake's infamous winter festival. Unfortunately for Ivy, things don't go as planned. While visiting the community barn, one of the girls prepping for the annual pageant falls ill and Ivy has a terrifying vision of the event before it happens. It turns out the girl has been poisoned, and in an effort to watch the remaining girls, Ivy signs up to be a mentor.

Ten years ago, Harper Harlow lost a classmate. Jennifer Jessup was sweet, nice, and seemingly aimless in life. She came from a good family, lived on an island, and was spoiled with every material gift that could possibly be bestowed upon her. She was still unhappy. Now, a decade later, her father Byron Jessup has approached Harper with a business opportunity. He wants her - and the rest of her operation, of course - to spend a long weekend on his island. Other psychics and ghost hunters will be there, as will his family. The goal? To find out what happened to Jennifer.

It seems Phantoms, one of the most popular shows on the Independent Ghost Hunting Network, is interested in doing a location shoot at Ludington Asylum, which just happens to be located on a small island near Whisper Cove. Since childhood, Harper Harlow has been infatuated with the story of a crazy doctor gone rogue and the resulting investigation that found numerous missing patients (but no bodies) at the former institution. Producers want to feature Harper and Zander on their show, and Zander is happy to oblige despite Harper's reticence.

For years, Rowan Gray has been searching for answers. She’s finally going to get them. The group of people haunting her, the society that ripped her family apart, are due to arrive on the bounding storm...and nobody believes their goals are altruistic. That’s only proven true when death visits the bounding storm in their wake, leaving a mountain of questions and not enough answers. Who are these people? What do they want?

Contractors are on the scene making plans for the new restaurant, owner Hannah Hickok is plotting ridiculous couple’s costumes for the Halloween party, and there’s a new demon in town. Instead of coming after Hannah directly, the demon does an end-run around the witch and starts possessing the area children…and sending them into a frenzy. Through a fluke, Hannah manages to put an end to the first attack. Unfortunately, a wave of them are set to follow.

Ivy, who is finishing up the last days of her community service, inserts herself into a tense situation, when the alarm at the domestic violence shelter she is working at sounds, and she goes off to make sure all the women and children are accounted for.

Ivy Morgan-Harker has everything she’s ever wanted, including a devoted new husband and an upcoming break from her nursery business for the Michigan winter. Then the unthinkable happens. Upon arriving at Morgan Nursery early one morning, she finds a body strung up in the middle of her happy sanctum...and there’s a message attached telling her that she’s next. Ivy Morgan knew she was in for a world of hurt when she was sentenced to community service. She had no idea just how bad things were going to be, though. On her first day of picking up trash along the roadside, one of her crew members stumbles over a body, and it happens to belong to someone she knows. Sasha Carmichael was described as a “good girl” and nobody can figure out how she ended up alone in the woods, so close to a road and help, and abandoned. When Jack Harker and his partner start digging down, though, some dark possibilities come to the surface.

Christmas is here, and Harper Harlow and Jared Monroe have big plans for the holidays. Harper is ready to move into their new house - and find him the perfect gift. And Jared? Well, he’s gearing up to propose, and he’s making Zander ring shop with him. All those plans go out the window when a little girl named Zoe Mathers goes missing, and her traumatized mother is zero help in tracking down the culprit. Suspects are few and far between, although Zoe’s deadbeat father is of immediate interest.

Jack has never been one for camping, and the truth is, he would’ve preferred anything but what they’ve got planned. Ivy, however, is desperate to prove that camping can be fun. What Jack wants most is for Ivy to have everything, so he gives in. He may live to regret it. That is if he doesn’t die first. What should’ve been an idyllic kayaking trip down the river, complete with gourmet meals and glamorous tents, turns into a mystery when one of the other guests finds blood on the ground on the second day. Jack and Ivy are suspicious...but they seem to be the only ones.

Harper Harlow has everything she wants. She has a new house...a new fiancé...and some time off work because the stretch after the holidays is generally slow. All that changes when she gets a call from her mother during a storm. Gloria’s boyfriend is dead...Harper is determined to clear her mother - and get her out of the house before Jared explodes - and she wants to do it in record time. The two sides are going to have to come together to solve this one...and even then, the final answer might tear their entire world apart.

Harper Harlow thought the only thing she was going to have to worry about in the shadow of spring was planning her wedding. She was wrong. A string of break-ins in Whisper Cove have caught the attention of the cops, including her fiancé Jared Monroe. Things take a turn for the worse when one of those break-ins results in the death of a local barber. It seems what was once written off as teenage hijinks is something else entirely. In addition to the break-ins, Harper finds herself distracted by a new resident. He’s bringing an art gallery to town...as well as his troubled sister.

Fall is here and Ivy Morgan is excited. Halloween is her favorite time of year and all she wants is to share her good mood - and three little words - with her boyfriend Jack Harker. That all changes when Jack and Ivy discover a body in a corn maze and Ivy is overcome by a dark foreboding that renders her unconscious. After sitting vigil, Jack is relieved when Ivy opens her eyes. He's not bothered - only curious - when she tells him what happened. As she recovers, Ivy realizes she's seeing through a killer's eyes.

Hannah Hickok is looking forward to her first Christmas in Casper Creek. She has plans for cookies, cuddles with her fiancé Cooper Wyatt, and a visit from Chris Kringle. Instead, the man who visits isn’t the one Hannah was inspecting. No, it’s her former fiancé Michael…and he’s arrived with an agenda. Michael has more attitude than brains, and he’s ready to make life difficult for Hannah…right up to the point where his new fiancée is killed and her body goes missing from the morgue.

Ivy Morgan was convinced she was heading toward a smooth future, until she was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Sure, she was saving a woman from certain death at the time, but in order for the criminal case to hold up against a murderer, she has to face the music. Ivy Morgan is getting married, which means she needs a dress. Now that she’s finally embraced the idea of planning for the wedding (rather than just enjoying the marriage and honeymoon), she’s gung-ho to check things off her list. The local dressmaker Zelda Morris has just the thing for Ivy. Before she can show it to her, though, she’s murdered in the back of her own store while Ivy waits for her to return to the storefront. Unfortunately for Ivy, because she didn’t hear a thing, that makes her a suspect.
