Good story! However, be forewarned there is cancer and the death of a child. I love the series so far but was not prepared for how sad it was.

this book was solid in plot and character chemistry. drug out towards the end but overall solid story. I hope each following g book I the series leads to male leads being a bit more complicated

Did not like the FMC Holly. She was too stubborn, and often found herself hurt after trying to show off 🥴....annoying. Narration was ok, would've preferred duet, but ok. Story was interesting. Spicy scenes a plus.

I really liked this one. It was an emotional ride but well worth it. I loved both Sy and Holly. their journey together was beautiful. I also like that I go to see a continuation of Kadence and Nix's story. Definitely recommend not only the book but the entire series

I absolutely LOVED listening to this book!! We met Sy and Holly both in book one and kind of got a feel for their chemistry, but River knocked it out of the park with this one!!

This is a book about grief and loss, overcoming hard shit, and finding yourself again! Sy and Holly both have trauma and baggage to work through and overcome, and River wrote it exceptionally well! The way you watch these two grow, and develop a relationship, all while facing off with their own demons, is utterly breathtaking!

Holly and Sy go through it; their HEA is not easily won, but the journey to get there is honestly so good! I loved seeing them work through all that happened to themselves both separately as well as together; I loved seeing Sy step up and commit, and I loved seeing Holly finally find herself again!

This was a fun audiobook experience and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an MC Romance! That being said, this is part of a series and I highly recommend reading book one first!

Easy listen. it kind of felt drawn out, but it was overall good. Had a few twist and turns and kept my attention. I do think I prefer Nix’s story better though.

ONE HOT BOOK!🔥

First of all, I'd like to say congratulations to River for writing such a phenomenal book. I'm a huge fan.... River is my new favorite author. GUSH! If y'all that are into juicy MC books.....(emphasis on the Juice!) ...look no further.... this ones gushin!

Since book one was my all-time favorite listen out of all the books Ive enjoyed over the last few years. I was worried that book 2 wouldn't hold a candle....BUT it did! AHHH YESSS! ! Holly and Sy's story is a TRUE romance, heartfelt love story! BEAUTIFUL!

Kudos to Joe and Lidia - your epic narration brought these characters to life! BOOM-sha-ka-la -KA!!!! 10 STARS BABY!

My only wish would be to make part two of this amazing couples story! PORFA!

This book had everything from hard-core drama.... plenty of angst..... plots twist /turns... thrilling moments.... adventure, and of course hard-core romance. My favorite! WOW!

I highly recommend this series - its incredible! 🔥
