About this listen

From New York Times best-selling author Nicole Edwards comes the tantalizing follow-up to Temptation.

Ever wonder what life is like after the happily ever after?

For two very complex, very alpha men, life after love isn't necessarily an easy thing to embrace. Although Sierra Sellers is, and will always be, the lifeline between Luke McCoy and Cole Ackerley, everyday life proves to be the true test of the bond the three of them have forged. No one ever said life was going to be rainbows and butterflies after the three of them admitted their love for one another. Between their own personal insecurities, a relationship that falls well outside what most people consider traditional, and a baby on the way, the three of them find that there are still going to be a few ups and downs. With insecurities comes doubt, and no matter what obstacles fall into their paths, the one thing the three of them aren't willing to sacrifice is their devotion to one another.

I am glad that Luke and Cole finally opened up to how they really felt making this sequel even hotter..
On the note of solidifying there relationship I the contract was a nice twist.. Giving hope to unconventional relationship

fantastic story

Loved this book. I see the characters in my mind, you root for them to succeed and cry when love takes a turn. Nicole Edwards is not just a storyteller she shares a piece of herself with every book she writes.

Love forever bonded

My first comments are on narration, I like all of these narrators individually, but the four of them together got confusing occasionally.

Sierra, Cole and Luke are awaiting the arrival of there baby daughter, Luke is involved with the changes being made to Club Destiny and getting it back on its feet. Cole is confused with where his job is going and his life, he has developed some insecurity issues with both, he wants and needs control in both. Luke and Sierra see the struggle Cole is going thru and between the three of them they resolve the issues, they all know there love is a constant and with compromise and change it will survive and be stronger, and of course they have the new little Hannah to bond them.

Not Beating Pregnant Woman

I was glad to hear that Luke stopped hitting Sierra while she was pregnant, but that didn't make his character any more appealing to me. Luke was so obsessed with what he needed and wanted that he didn't seem to care if Sierra, Cole or Hannah were happy.

As usual, Cole was a sweetheart; why he choose to make a life with Sierra and Luke was still a puzzle to me. Sierra seemed slightly more mature in this book, maybe from becoming a mother but she still needed to grow a backbone. Their decision to have a child seemed rushed, as if having a baby would instantly make their relationship solid.

I was surprised that Sierra, Luke and Cole continued to have public sex at the new BDSM club (Devotion to making money). In this age of camera phones and social media, don't they realize that baby Hannah might one day be embarrassed by color photos of Daddy, Mommy and Daddy getting down & dirty?

Speaking of Hannah, how will she cope when her classmates and their parents find out that, not only does Hannah have 2 dads but that one of them is a Dom who likes to hurt women. And at what age will be Hannah be allowed to hang out at Devotion? How would Luke & Cole feel if it was Hannah being bound, whipped and penetrated for a cheering crowd?

Sorry, I just couldn't get into a story that mixed starting a family with running a sex club.
