About this listen

An Amazon Erotica Bestseller! From a red-hot erotica writer comes an original audiobook - a sensual romp across the playgrounds of the unbelievably rich and extremely sexy.

Elisabeth Anderson has seen Trevor and his friends at the infamous Manhattan BDSM club WhipperSnapper, where everyone calls them the BAD Boys, for "Billionaire Arrogant Doms." The BAD Boys--Trevor Brooks, Marc Wilde, and Roman Chase - are aptly named; they've made money hand over fist due to their aggressive investing at the Brooks Wilde Chase Fund. These guys are so rich they can get away with anything, or so the rumors go.

Critic reviews

"Ms. Evers does a fantastic job of presenting both points of view and allows you to empathize or even sympathize (depends on YOUR kink) with the hero and heroine... If you like your BDSM a little on the intense side and while still getting your happy ever after, then Enslaved is a book you will enjoy a great deal." ( My Reading Obsession)
"One of the best love triangles I have read! I could not put it down and was enraptured from the very first chapter. I cannot wait to read the next two installments of this trilogy." ( Whirlwind Books and Reviews)
"So if you liked 50 Shades that's great! See if you can handle Shoshanna!" ( Naughty Bits Book Reviews)

worse narration ever!!!!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

the ebook version? yes, audiobook with this same narrator, no, unless I don't like you. How could any editor let this narrator's version go on to sale.

What did you like best about this story?

the complexity of BDSM training

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Christine Padovan?

anyone else would have done a better job, OMG she is a terrible narrator.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

not film worthy, but a good read

Any additional comments?

don't use Christine Padovan ever again, she spoils a good story

Ignore beginning - it gets better!

Silliest beginning lines of any story! What a nightmare to say that first sentence - 'Sunlight streamed thru the large arched windows casting elongated shadows across the expansive floor of Grand Central Station in the heart of Manhattan'. I've read the story and always thought that first sentence was the weirdest ever written. And I agree with one reviewer - the author tries to cram too much info in the first few paragraphs (in a sudo, poetic way), that should have been brought out in a more leisure fashion as the story progressed.

And to tell the narrator to rush through lines that needed more finesse is pretty dumb, but at least the narrator gets smart and slows it down for the rest of the story. Maybe Audible will allow the beginning to be redone and production re-released, like 'Fifty Shades of Grey' was? (hint, hint ;-))

Get beyond the first couple of minutes of silliness, and the story gets way better and so does the narration. It is a tightly written story and I like that it didn't drag on and on - plus the humor is an added bonus. It made it more enjoyable than just a 'slam bang, thank you, ma'am' type of story.

4 stars overall :-)

Narrator ruined this for me

Christine Padovan had a sing song voice that made this impossible for me to listen to this. I can't judge the story because I couldn't stand the narrator and had to just give it up.

Hopefully this isn’t the “New” Narrator...

I really enjoyed this story but almost didn’t make it thru till the end bc the narrator... she painfully drags the last syllable in the last word of each sentence out... for example “She knew she had to have himmmmmmm” “She didn’t know what she wanted to doooooo” like seriously?!? Super annoying!

The worst narrator ever - don't you guys listen?

It's hard to tell if the story would be better because the narrator had a cadence of reading 3 or 4 words at a time and dragging out the 4th word to be longer the 2 syllables. No one talks like this so why did she read like this. The male voices were more feminine than the female voices but the worst part was the cadence. It's like really fast 'talking about' then really long childrennnnnnnnnn. It's awful. I would think that the good folks at audible would actually listen to their narrators before publishing a book and charging people for it. Very disappointing.

The worst narration EVER!

Any additional comments?

The narration was horrible. I cannot believe that Audible would sell this audiobook with such terrible narration. I read the most recent reviews and they said the narration had improved but not the version I downloaded. It's a shame because it was a good book, but I had to read it myself. Just could not get through the narration. If I did not know any better, I would think that the speed on the playback was wrong. Every sentence ended sing-songy and the voice of the main characters were indistinguishable from one to the other. I hate to be so critical because I love listening to erotica and hope that more great books will come out on audiobook, but this was just terrible.

Did not like the narrator

I enjoyed this book but the narrator made it difficult to get through at the end of each sentence she expanded on the last word of the sentence. For example if the word was sex it would sound like sexxxx, if the word was stop, it would sound like stopppppp. I found it to be very irritating it graded on my nerves something fierce

Horrible narrator!

I read the book and enjoyed very much. Because of my job, I am on the road for at least 6 hours daily, I started listening to audiobooks. Honestly, I hesitate to give the narrator a bad review but she was the worst I have ever listened to. Please, if you haven't read the book, read it first before you give up on it . The book isn't bad, it's the narration.
