About this listen

Secret Widow

A fictional memoir book packed with romance, erotic scenes, suspense, and mystery that will have your jaw drop.

A soldier lieutenant's deepest secret comes to light - a secret that he has buried in his heart for a lifetime. Expecting sympathy and forgiveness from those he loved most. Is this truth just a selfish release of a heavy burden on a man's soul, or is it for the better good?

Run-of-the-mill romance drama

This was absolutely NOT EROTICA, unless saying f*** me" 1x with barely-there sex following; it’s barely a romance. And there were about 3 barely-there sex scenes. This story is not for you if infidelity is a problem for you. It's more drama with romantic interest as the drama instrument.

Amhca was a member of a tribe in Canada, but no Indigenous words were shared and really none of their traditions showcased (beyond saying they have a marriage ceremony that differs from European-based version) . It's an appalling example of oppressive thinking.

The narrator was mediocre. Her voice of main fem character, Amhca, sounded too childish. And her version of Amhca's chief was bad, more mockery than anything.
