Henrik is what we call a fitness freak who comes up with tiresome exercises and has dedicated most of his life to working out. According to him, fitness is a lifestyle that should be adopted by everyone and considers gluttony and sloth to be the highest levels of sins. He has gyms all over Texas where he trains men to buff up their bodies, lose weight, put on muscle, burn fat, and other things that come under bodybuilding. He has also made a few appearances in shows like WWE, given his buff figure. He also gets called to many schools to lecture on how to work out and why working out is essential, especially in today's era considering how Gen Z spends endless hours on their phones making Tiktoks and never leaving their rooms.
