It’s a decent book for an over 50 person looking into working out. The narration is ok; sounds like a science experiment, but I did love the huge burp the narrator did! Hilarious. Also, it’s repetitive in a couple spots. The editing could be better. Still worth a listen, for sure

Worth Listening!
A friend suggests this audiobook so we could have a workout to do together. Our goal was to put on a lot of muscle. It worked! For those who know how to work out, but have maybe lost direction, this book gives you a selection of great programs to choose from.
