Absolutely loved this audiobook

I've always been active, but never really got into bodybuilding until I hit 50. This audiobook was exactly what I needed to get started on the right foot. Worth Listening!

A friend suggests this audiobook so we could have a workout to do together. Our goal was to put on a lot of muscle. It worked! For those who know how to work out, but have maybe lost direction, this book gives you a selection of great programs to choose from.
