Story
Soraya Devil is the Enchantress, one of the most powerful magics in the world… But she’s so much more than that, and everyone’s constantly attempting to unravel her past and secrets. She’s not worried though, as many have tried and never find out the truth. It’s safer for everyone that way. The owner of Paranormal Investigations—among other companies—she has her own answers to find. Though she’s continuously pulled in too many directions, she always answers the calls that make even her magic tingle in warning at the danger. When a sprite begins killing people in Chicago, she...

Glad that AI voice is an option as I know audiobooks can cost a lot of money and audiobooks are amazing for those who may not be able to read books. The story is one of my favs from Erin R Flynn and I implore everyone giving this audiobook or even the book a chance. Some weird moments with some words with the AI like M.E. (Medical Examiner) said me instead. When listening I would suggest slowing down speed to .9 or .85 to enjoy better

Story
Imagine there weren’t three main gods of Olympus, but four. A sister who went through something so horrible, so traumatic she left and was written out of history. Arabella Baker and her two adopted daughters are moving to Boston to open a new business and start over. Things will be different this time with the new names and new life. The twins will live on their own at college—though still right in Boston—and experience something a bit more normal. The store she bought has a hefty price, but the location is fantastic, and she got the best spot in the new development… Which ...

AI wasn’t too shabby, Karma is a good slow burn
Reviewed: 05-29-24
I found that slowing down the voice to .85-.90 made the story better as I felt it was really fast and I felt like it needed more pauses. Other than that it was really decent and I am happy authors are having AI option as I know making audiobooks can be costly. I love this author and I am happy that there are audiobooks so that can be shared with individuals who maybe are unable to read. Karma is a good series though it is a slow burn. Check out other of Erin’s books as they are just as amazing if not more so!

Story
Twenty years ago, monsters rose on earth and began a new age of civilization. One where humans live in military-controlled, cramped and dirty cities along the coasts, and the majority of the United States is known as the Wastes. A lawless, desolate and dangerous place, teeming with monsters that have claimed the land for their own. Including Wyn the Soul Eater. He appears every three years, making his way across the country and slaughtering humans randomly, sucking them dry until they’re nothing but husks.

Love the book so much I had to give the audio a try. The narrator did really good there were a few editing mistakes (double works, wrong voice saying the line) but overall it was a good listen.

Story
I first saw the Folk when I was a little boy, when they started appearing in my garden, with their unnatural, cruel beauty and honeyed words and veiled taunts. I grew up with big green eyes watching me from the forest. Whispers from the trees. Shimmering skin darting between the bushes. Black creatures always lurking in the shadows. While they were here, I thought nothing of them. It wasn’t until they were gone that I realise it wasn’t…normal. But it isn’t until I’m twenty-one, when my life is in ruins, that they come back to take me away.

Story
See, I'm a bad, bad girl. The kind who loves Satan. Falling in bed with the demon of seduction, befriending the demon of knowledge, being guarded by Beelzebub, and making deals with Lucifer? This is what I call a normal day. Just one problem: Good and evil aren't at all what I expected. So I'm going all in. These men are my legion and they hold nothing back, so why should I? Just because something's "bad" doesn't mean it can't feel oh so good—and I'm not about to let Heaven ruin this "good" thing.

It seems like there may have been some technical problems with the audio, I am not quite sure what was going on but it would go really quiet in some places. Love this story, even with the slightly distracting audio issues you will enjoy this.

Story
I'm Charisma Carter, tech genius and nerd extraordinaire. I actually used to be Charisma Silverstorm, member of one of the six elite Arcane Families, until my family shunned me when I turned 18 because my magic wasn't strong enough. However, where I lack in magic I more than make up for with the tech I develop, if I do say so myself. Apparently I'm not the only one. From the minute I received my diploma as a magical engineer, it seems like my world has turned upside down. Now, members of all six families are competing to get me to work for them.

Story
Evan and Scout have known each other their whole lives. In fact, they have the same family. Okay, they aren't actually related, but Evan's uncle married Scout's aunt, so...yeah, it's a little awkward just how often Scout thinks naughty things about his not-cousin. Especially since they have actual family reunions together. But temptation such as Evan Felton is hard to ignore.

Story
Bryan Miller is satisfied with his uncomplicated life. He’s a discipline daddy who’s not in the market for any kind of permanent relationship. And why should he be? Like the waves he surfs in the small beach town he calls home, there’s always another body available to warm his bed when he tires of the current flavor of the week. Preston Wallace is a snotty rich brat with enough attitude to keep all the daddies from giving him a chance. He gets it. People are jealous of him for being rich, hot, and fit. It would take a strong daddy to take him in hand.
