The Narrator's voice was calm and sweet and smooth pitch. The author gave ways to cope in natural & spiritual ways. She gave info on meds too. This wasn't pushing religion like some of the other books that I regret purchasing. God may help some people but I prefer more spiritual ways, without bringing religion into self development books. This author found ways to use different ways to avoid and cope with panic attacks. It was therapeutic and refreshing. Excellent book!

I was excited to find this on audible 😃 I enjoyed hearing Sebastian actually read the book to me 🤩 When talking about partying and drinking, I could relate to the downfall it can lead to. It's a very candid look at his childhood, youth and being a Rockstar Husband and Dad. I really enjoyed hearing about how he rocked out with his Dad at concerts and the highpoint of his Dad's life by letting him creating the artwork on a Skid Row album. He wasn't shy about discussing anything. He learned how the reality of fame can affect all facets of life. I enjoyed hearing about the genuine and emotional challenges he had. He told his story from childhood, touring life and even Broadway (who knew) I literally felt like he was speaking to me. Thanks for the genuine take on being a ROCKSTAR and making the best of all of challenges you faced. Be prepared for spontaneous "BONUS" (echoing) Also, thanks for persuading people to get vaccinated and wear masks. I'm looking forward to seeing you on the KISS KRUISE 🤩
