Easy to listen and follow.

I’m a therapist, and bought this as a refresher for the CBT modality. I appreciate that it listens kind of like a self help book, which makes it easier to translate for my clients. Easy to listen and follow.

The Author addressed alot of issues that I've had!

I really enjoyed the strategies recommended in this book. The only issue was the narrators monotone voice.

Good for learning a little bit a day.

I can see how this book could help people that want to make little changes at a time over a 3 week process. Some of this isn’t CBT but lifestyle changes like meditation or yoga. Other parts are key to changing your behavior. I’d say it a mix of different ways to change how you live and not just how you think. It isn’t a core CBT book in my opinion but is positive.
