Story
Macie Zimmerman would love to get married and start a family. But after so much searching, she's sick of having hope that something will work out. All she needs is a good six months of no dating—time she could spend building her business, Paws and Relax, and hanging out with the animals who show her all the love she needs—to be able to face it again. If only she can keep everyone in town from trying to find her a husband.

Not your average fake relationship turned romance
Reviewed: 12-19-22
When the book started with two people swearing off love, I was hooked. Of course it doesn't last, right? Seeing (well, hearing) the story unfold really helped push me into the Christmas spirit. Meg Easton's character development in this book was spot on and I can't wait to see what she has in store for the rest of Nestled Hollow.

Story
Brooke McClellan is the owner of the shop Best Dressed and knows how to do two things very well: design amazing dresses and stay far away from serious relationships. She definitely doesn't date anyone from Nestled Hollow, and especially not her best friend, Cole. Whenever Cole Iverson isn't running his restaurant, Back Porch Grill, he's taking care of his nine-year-old daughter or tamping down the feelings he has for his best friend, Brooke. It's been three years since his wife died, and he's ready to get remarried, but he knows it could never happen with Brooke.

Fashion, food, and fun all weave together in this delightful book by Meg Easton. She really has outdone herself again with this next installment of the Nestled Hollow romance series. And I dare you to find a better narrator than Liz Krane. Once I started this book I simply couldn't stop! I listened to it twice because it was such a sweet story.

Tory is living her dream running her own coffee shop, Love a Latte, and raising four young kids. But her divorce left her doing it all on her own and not always succeeding. She'd consider marrying again someday—as long as the man was the complete opposite of her ex. But she really has no hope of that, because who would ever willingly step into her chaotic life?

Meg Easton's way with words, is magical. I am always pulled straight back in to Nestled Hollow with each new release of this series. This is another sweet cozy romance that is sure to warm you from the inside out. As a mother, I could never imagine having to date amidst raising young children. Hearing the story unfold between Nate and Tory is enough to convince anyone that love can be found anywhere. Liz Krane's narration really brings Meg's writing to life.

What's not to love about Nestled Hollow?!
Reviewed: 12-19-22
Just when you think Meg Easton couldn't possibly write another Nestled Hollow romance, she does. A perfect stand alone book, this book also fits perfectly in line with the series. I personally love stories about two people too stubborn to see what is right in front of them. Liz Krane does has an excellent performance of More Than Enemies on the Bridge of Main Street.

I loved this book. The story line that Lilly has created for Beyond the Crushing Waves, is nothing short of amazing. You get a good combination of current and historical accounts. The flashbacks, definitely kept me on my toes! And Melissa Chambers did an amazing job narrating each of the stories. I learned so much that I didn't know, just by giving this book a listen.

Story
Avery Parks is proud of her farm girl upbringing, and now she loves her job in admissions at the local college. But it’s nice and predictable, just like every other aspect of her life. Maybe it’s time to take a huge risk and have an adventure of her own by traveling to Belgium to see her childhood friend. Nicolas Servais hasn’t chosen much about his life—not that the son of a world-famous chocolatier empire can complain. The only thing he’s ever truly chosen for himself was a foreign exchange in farming country, USA—and with it, the unforgettable Avery Parks.

Well hello there, summer reading!
Reviewed: 05-12-22
This book is perfect to kick off your summer reading (well, listening). Meg Easton has done it again with another book full of adventure, challenge, and love. I really enjoyed the international spin on this book, it's nice to escape the hum drum of stateside life through the words of another. Admittedly, I didn't read or listen to book one of this series, but on a positive note this book was a great standalone novel. Liz Krane narrated this book to perfection! Her voice fluctuations and energy throughout is not something to miss. Once you start this book, you won't be able to stop!

Story
After 10 years away, Sofia Wise returns home to mourn the loss of her grandmother, and she’s desperate to reconnect with her family. When a dark, devastatingly handsome stranger shows up on her family’s doorstep, Sofia takes one look and is tempted to make her visit permanent. The problem is, the town’s detective is suspicious of her entire family, and it might take some convincing to prove that she’s more interested in the man himself than in the complex case at hand.
