Not what I was looking for...

First off, I’m a HUGE Lencioni fan and have been for years! I picked this book because I was hoping to get some principles to manage the home life.
For me there was too much story and once the principles were discussed they were not SUPER clear and concise.
For me the book could be summed up with “Prioritize what you want and don’t want in your family and find ways to hold yourself accountable.”
I would recommend the book, just not what I was looking for!
