Amazing

Please read this book
I have tried to quit on several occasions (last time I went a full 6 months). I could never get it to stick.
Although I’m only 2 weeks into my final attempt, I really do believe this is it for me.

...and it's all true!
So I will not repet points other had.
But I must say that John Chancer's narration is superb!
I doubt there could be a better fit for this book.

So Far So Good
Given that its a self-help book, I'll base my rating almost entirely on whether or not it helped me and ignore the writing style.
And, so far so good! I'm only a day in as a non-smoker, but I know where I would be if I was not trying easy way and I would be having a real bad time right now. But, with EasyWay, I'm not.

FINALLY!
TLDR; WORKED FOR ME AFTER 20 YRS! QUIT COLD TURKEY W/NO DESIRE TO SMOKE AGAIN. You're reading this... try it! :)
This was an AMAZING tool for me to quit smoking. I am a former smoker that was able to stop smoking cold turkey on 10/22/21. Prior to that I smoked ~20 years from my preteens to my early 30s. I have worked as a nurse and although I *knew* how bad smoking was for my body and seen first hand what those who die from respiratory disease and cancer caused by smoking. I didn't smoke while working but I also didn't want my coworkers or patients to know and, quite frankly dying slowly from oxygen deprivation was some scary, anxiety-inducing stuff. Anyway... blah, blah - you know that. Everyone knows that. "Smokings bad for your health" blah blah...
This audiobook takes it a bit further than that starting from the basics the physiological effects of nicotine (they are actually super minimal - I was able to quit cold turkey) and how it alters your psyche. This sounds like some weird woo brain washy type of stuff and, albeit repetitive, it really helps to tackle quitting smoking without the desire to quit like it says.

No reason to doubt.
I only wish I’d found this book sooner. Felt maybe it was impossible to quit smoking and vaping. Alan Carr nails it. By the end of the book you know you can do it. As the days go on you grow even more confidant you are not just a quitter but a happy non-smoker.

You have to force yourself to listen to it all. it's repetitive, to the point, and honest, all for a reason ... it works.
I quit smoking and haven't looked back and didn't 'suffer' through it. lol
