Story
Five hockey players, a cabin in the woods...and little old me, Winnie Berlin. Sounds like the start of a fantasy, right? But it's not. It's my reality. It all started when I got lost in the middle of the Canadian Rockies. A wicked thunderstorm sent my car mud sliding into a ditch, and for a girl whose survival skills involve finding the nearest Starbucks, I was in deep trouble. Forced to abandon my car in search of help, I stumbled upon a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

so I loved the story and all the characters, especially Marco! However, I'm not a huge fan of keegan or how disinterested he is in Breen except in bed.... He was likable, but I feel like his character could've been a little better. I also feel like the story left a lot unfinished. That said, I did love the story, and the narrator is nothing short of amazing!

I loved this story, and the characters were very likable. I thought the narrator was going to be annoying in the way she annunciates her t's, but she quickly eased into a natural and soothing voice and now is probably one of my favorite narrators. Very good and sweet story!

This book was so heart-warming and sweet. I would highly recommend it. The narrator has an amazingly soothing voice. I like her male voice as some tend to overdo it. overall, it's a great read, and I can't wait to start the next one in this series!

I was really enjoying this book but was surprised that it just ended, without any real ending. There were so many of their stories left untold, and I would give it a better rating if it were a series, but no such luck. The narrator was great, but I do feel like there were a character or 2 (the Eltons) who were supposed to be in their 30s, and they sounded much older (60s-ish). a little offended that I'm supposed to sound like that in my 30s.

Story
Shortly after reaching maturity, Scarlett finds her mate, only to face a painful rejection that threatened to cut her life short. No one told Scarlett reaching maturity would hurt this much, but she came out the other end stronger, braver, smarter, and a little less naïve. Seeking to pick up the torn pieces, she leaves her pack for a town well away from her home, far away from her ex-mate who just can't let her go even after claiming someone else.

ok, so I wanted to like this book, but I could not. I'm at the last 4 hours of it and can't seem to finish. It's a bunch of whiny teenagers who want their mate but don't want their mate. I feel like the author was trying to make them strong women, but instead made them out to be annoying. It's a whole lot of "I want him to want me" but "ew get away from me, stop it." It's definitely not an erotic novel. Also, I think the narrator has a great voice and played the whiny teenager role that she was given to perfection. Only bad thing is that her voices for different characters weren't very different, so it was hard to tell who was who.

I was loving these books until I got to book 3. I was really hoping for a great story with Crew (Crue) idk how its spelled as I have the audiobook. There were a lot of things from the 2nd book that didn't line up in the 3rd. I also felt like it went In too many circles. I hope the 4th one is better bc I really have enjoyed the other 2.

Story
Joe De Sena has spent his life running toward challenge and discomfort. Why? Because how we react to challenging situations defines us and our families. The only tools we have as humans to survive the many peaks and valleys of a full life are preparedness, health, leadership, and most importantly, resilience. Why do so many parents struggle to finish things we start, delay gratification, and protect our health - and why do our kids continue to struggle in every facet of life? Because we haven’t showed them a path to resilience, and we haven’t fought for it ourselves.

This book didn't have a good story line, did not have me on the edge of my seat , and did not leave me wanting to come back to it as quick as possible. Instead, I finished it because I wasted a credit on it. The narrator made it worse by annunciating every word in a monotone voice that grated on my nerves with its lack of animation. To sum it up, this book was boring don't waste your money.
