I agree with most other reviews. it sucked that the villains name seemed to change. Keep the same reader for all the novels. Once a character has a voice, it doesn't flow to change it every book, especially when the name is pronounced differently by a new reader.
Returned this one, couldn't make it past 9 chapters.

Loved it, laughed until I cried several times and can only hope the rest of the series is this good.

I love the narration and the stories keep you guessing until the end. I learned so much about the characters and author I would've never imagined to be true without liaising to the book.
Highly recommend

This should be a must read for every officer in rookie school. This comment is coming from a 40+ year old white male & former police officer in the south.
It's very informative and gives you situations and possible encounters to think about before you are in them that may need a little more thought than, "I have the powers of arrest here, shut up, and do what I say." Practice the "What if" and keep yourself safe while respecting those you are sworn to protect. It's not just a saying.

I love the author buy the narrator ruined it for me personally. I listened to the books in order so when the voices all changed in book 3 it didn't feel right. I still decided to trudge on. As the book proceeded, it got worse, voices intermingled making it harder to follow. Sorry to the narrator, I'm sure he's great in other books, but this one wasn't his to read. I recommend reading it instead.

If you want a book about a cat, this is it. there's a little bit of time travel, it's not bad, but I don't plan to cover it again.

I love Moore's writings, he's in my top five. Perhaps it's because this is an earlier work and compared to other books of his I didn't enjoy it as much. However, I still finished it without trouble.

It wasn't bad,I finished it but it was a spin off of American Gods in my opinion regardless of which came first. Still, not bad.

I just knew the author couldn't compare to his first novel, Shit My Dad Says. To write another book with similar subject matter as his first book had to be a bad idea like the terrible sequel movie attempt to a wonderful I've time great film. Was I ever wrong, it was a perfect follow-up if not perfect all by itself! I was laughing so hard at one point during the bathroom incident while his future wife stood guard I couldn't drive from the tears in my eyes and pain in my side. Another homerun from Justin and his father. I wish he could've been my father too.
