I got this audiobook for my dad because he’s tried quitting smoking so many times and always felt stuck. We listened to parts of it together, and it really opened up some good conversations between us. It explains how the brain can change and gave him practical steps without making him feel judged. He’s already saying his cravings feel a bit more manageable. I finally feel hopeful that he can quit for good.
