Matthew Perry seemed to want to help others and make a difference. I haven’t had addictions but have been surrounded by so many with multiple types of addictions since I was a little girl. The Big, Terrible Thing - I pray that this resource in his own words, helps others. I do believe it can and will. Perry did jump around in his storytelling but the listener just needs to hold on. It’s like a several pieces of material being sewn together to make a patchwork quilt. I was sad listening to him knowing he was no longer with us. His fears, pain, joys, and sharing his thought process was so real and blunt. I do hope he has peace and happiness after leaving this life. If you know anyone struggling, I hope they can hear Matthew’s words and take steps to save their own life. RIP Mattie ❤️🩹

I enjoyed listening to Debbie tell her stories. I liked the fact she crossed to previous stories. I felt she was in the room with me and we were chatting along. Her tenacity to be resilient and strong through the terrible tough times is admirable. Some may say we put ourselves into situations but we don’t control others. I can relate. As a fan we know if the music and publicity side. This gift she and the band members have was a joy to all of us. What I enjoyed most of this audiobook was the face that SHE narrated and it was a bonus to have her friends to speak as well. Come back and chat with me anytime, Debbie.

It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

I tremendously enjoyed this recount. All my life I’ve heard about press in other countries and see how the media is changing here in the United States. If the press deems to portray someone in a positive light, they are glorious. If the press deems to portray someone negatively, they can be successful as well.
Thank you, Prince Harry for sharing these moments with us. You have made me laugh. You have made me cry. You have made me angry for things that were said and done to you and your family. Thank you for all of the humanitarian work you have done to make this world a better place. Like your mother, you have made a difference and a huge impact on many lives. I pray for you and your family for peace and comfort. I live in such a rural area that the circumstances you have experienced are unfathomable. I guarantee, if you visit our little town, no one would know who you are, no offense. We have several celebrities that come and go in peace. Isn’t love and peace really all a human being desires?

At first, I thought I would take a listen. This sounds interesting. This was the first book that I’ve heard from Carolyn, and I hope to listen to others as strange as this may sound when she first began to speak. I felt like I was talking to my crazy aunt in my living room. It felt so personal. I was questioning a few things that she said at first yet felt compelled to hear more. I wanted to hear more. I laughed and also had the aha moments. She has some wonderful points and some great guidance. She makes fantastic observations. Her point of Me World and Our World, looking outside ourselves, and so much much more was quite striking. I do look forward to hearing more of what she has to share with us.

I was pleasantly surprised in this book. It was a reminder and yet a new way to look at communication methods. As an instructor, I am encountering new communication barriers with the young adults and youth than ever before. Sometimes we need to take a step back and update our skills for continued communication success with others.

Story
When we live with unresolved anger or hurt, the result is nearly always bitterness, broken relationships, and unhealthy behaviors. Unforgiveness not only sabotages our interactions with those around us, it impedes our own spiritual growth and inner peace. And it can happen to anyone. In her most vulnerable writing yet, Ruth Graham reveals how a visit to Angola Prison inspired her to release the unforgiveness lurking in her own heart - toward others, herself, and even her heavenly Father and her earthly father, evangelist Billy Graham.

I knew when hearing Ruth Graham speak on the Huckabee show that I needed to hear this book. so I purchased the audio copy. at first I wasn't sure why but I knew somehow or another this book would be something to help me. at the beginning I realized she had been through things that many of us have been through. however, it was chapter 10 and 11 and the last chapter that I feel made the entire book worth it to me. My father worked frequently and was gone as well. I could relate to what she was saying. later, I ended up raising my daughter on my own. this book helped me identify things in myself to be able to talk with her to prevent her from walking down the same road that Ruth and I have traveled. thank you Ruth.
