Story
Is it really a dream come true if it means losing the one thing you never knew you needed? Willow Parker is excited to move to Podunk, Nowheres-ville. That’s what she’s telling herself, but it’s not working until she meets a dark-eyed, honey-voiced cowboy. That’s when her new small-town life starts looking a lot less temporary. Bobby is a big-hearted storyteller, wrapped in a sexy, gruff, hard-working, family man package that makes Willow’s pillow-soft heart race and body hum.

Story
Brody Tannen has been the boss for way too long, putting everyone’s needs above his own. It’s the way his family farm stood while fate took shot after shot against them. But now he’s got a chance to figure things out for himself. Everyone keeps pushing him one way, but deep down he knows which way he should go. Towards her…Erica Cole, the rough and rowdy woman that’s always been one of the guys. Except to him. Brody loves her inappropriate humor and smudges of grease on her cheeks.

Lauren never disappoints. Rough Love is just as amazing as the previous stories. So great to hear how the Tannen men are growing after their loss. Wonderful to see the Bennett and Tannen clans become a family. I love Momma Louise. Already purchased the other two. Excited to hear about their futures.

I hated that the book came to an end. Such a page turner. Melinda writes the most engaging stories. Each day, I cannot wait to hear what happens next. Makes my exercise so easy. I don't notice the sweat because I am so engulfed in the story. Awesome.

Story
When they were growing up, Dana, Harper, and Tawny thought of themselves as “sometimes sisters". They connected only during the summer month they’d all spend at their grandmother’s rustic lakeside resort in north Texas. But secrets started building, and ten years have passed since they’ve all been together - in fact, they’ve rarely spoken, and it broke their grandmother’s heart.

Story
Everyone is talking about Jennie Sue Baker and the mess she made of her life in New York. The former high school queen bee - and wealthy darling of Bloom, Texas - has returned home after all these years, riding on a common bus and bearing two bounced alimony checks. In a town that thrives on gossip, Jennie’s fall from grace has shamed her mother, set the town buzzing, and caused old, jealous enemies to whisper in delight. They say she’s taken a job as a housekeeper, gotten a garage apartment, and might be crushing on Rick Lawson, a simple farmer with modest dreams.
