Story
In my book, you will meet a little girl named Viola who ran from her past until she made a life-changing decision to stop running forever. This is my story, from a crumbling apartment in Central Falls, Rhode Island, to the stage in New York City, and beyond. This is the path I took to finding my purpose but also my voice in a world that didn’t always see me.

It hurts deeply, it makes you wonder “what if” many, many times, it makes you want to turn back time, it makes you reflect and feel grateful that you get to see the real Mathew Perry, both before and after. It feels like this book was meant to be his purpose for all of us who might need it. RIP dear Chandler.

There’s nothing much to say on weight loss, but this book makes it easier to understand, to put into practice and think of it as an attainable lifestyle. I listened to it in 2 days, while doing so, felt inspired to go grocery shopping, cleaning my fridge and meal prep for this week. Thank you!

In the middle of a horrible anxiety crisis, I was desperately looking for something that could help me cope with it, and this book was just perfect. It describes exactly what I felt and made me understand and realize that I’m safe, that I’m not loosing my mind. It is very clear on explaining the steps towards a recovery and the voice of the author is quite soothing, so it also made me feel much better just by listening to it. I downloaded the app which is also a wonderful tool for those of us who deal with anxiety and panic attacks.

There are many ways in which cooking can change someone’s life. For us, cooks or chefs, life in the kitchen brings as much joy as hard work. Reading this book reminded me of how we can help change the world and other people’s life’s with what we do. Not only by improving everything we touch, but by inspiring with our work, our ethics and our example. What a wonderful story! Rules to live a full life in the kitchen and in life.
