Karin Slaughter is as brilliant as always. Her characters are so real. Kathleen Earley’s voices are the best. I’m so sorry that this book came to an end. Now to wait for the next one.

Nita Prose is a great writer and her characters are so real. I love that Gran still speaks to Molly.

Beautifully written! I hated to see it end. Each character, each detail was so real. The story was amazing.

I didn’t want “Nina” to end! Dervla McTiernan is a brilliant writer whose characters are so real and the suspense is unbelievable. I can’t believe it’s over. I hope she has another book on the way.

I loved this short story! I hated that it wasn’t a full length novel! I will be looking for any novels by Alice Hoffman.

From the first word to the last word, this book was incredibly well written! I can only hope that there is a next installment. As always, Kathleen Early did a great job with all of the characters.

Another great one from Karin Slaughter! Some reviewers were upset by references to President Reagan. I found them appropriate jabs considering the characters who made them. Karin Slaughter has always been true to historical details. I wouldn’t want it any other way! There is no agenda here. Can’t wait for the next installment with Andrea Oliver, Leonard Bible, et al!!

Covid references were realistic and didn’t bother me at all. Story was Slaughter at her best and voices by Early were great as usual. Only one thing was wrong where character Sydney Winslow was getting a doctorate in psychiatry at Emory University. Psychiatrist’s are MD’s and the degree is not called a doctorate; author must have meant psychology. Anyhow most of her intricate details are accurate so we can cut her slack on this one. I’m puzzled why so many reviewers had a problem with the Covid backdrop. It’s a part of our history and a lot of this book takes place in 2021. Slaughter has a lot of accuracy in her flashbacks so she should also in present day. Thoroughly enjoyed this one while I’m waiting for next Will Trent!!

Karin Slaughter is genius and her well crafted procedurals keep getting better and better. And they were outstanding to begin with! Kathleen Earley’s performance is brilliant! She has voices for each character and even has a voice for Will pretending to be Nick!! Wow!

Outstanding! The good guys win! The unimaginable horrific reality of human trafficking is taken on by Nora Roberts and handled brilliantly by all of the characters she created. A bit formulaic but it’s the formula we all love and crave in each new installment. I hope I live long enough to have an auto chef!! Until we meet again with Dallas, Roarke, Peabody, Mavis, and the whole gang! Wish we didn’t have to wait until February 2023.
