Story
I only try on one of Nina’s pristine white dresses once. Just to see what it’s like. But she soon finds out...and by the time I realize my attic bedroom door only locks from the outside, it’s far too late. But I reassure myself: The Winchesters don’t know who I really am. They don’t know what I’m capable of....

Story
Michael Cavalcante has one thing on his mind when he knocks on Izzabel Walsh's door at two in the morning, half-dressed and a bit toasted: fix the woman's heater and get back to bed. He vows never to cover for his maintenance tech again, especially after he gets tased and knocked out with a frying pan for his efforts. Izzy thought she was safe. She'd dyed her hair, changed her name, and moved 1,500 miles away, and still, they found her. When a member of her ex's motorcycle club knocks on her door in the middle of the night, supposedly to fix a perfectly good heater, Izzy panics.

I'm really enjoying reading Nora Roberts books outside of Dallas of the In Death series. In this book the two sicko killers thinking they are doing God’s work, really anointed me. The protagonist had the eye for detail, which nothing got past her. Wonderful storyline and ending, excellent narration. I reccomend this book.

Nathan Tyler is an unassuming professor at a middling American university with a rather obscure specialty in mathematics—in short, a nobody from nowhere. So why is the White House calling? Summoned to Washington, DC, for a top-secret briefing, Nathan discovers that he’s the key to a massive foreign intelligence breakthrough. Reading between the lines of a cryptic series of equations, he could open a door straight into the heart of the Kremlin and change the global balance of power forever.

I definitely wasn’t there to find a new man, but when I felt my cheeks burning at the sight of him I knew it wasn’t just another damn hot flash. So when he asked me to go back to his place to ring in the new year, he didn’t have to ask twice. But we ended up sharing much more than one wild night. I’m technically old enough to be a grandmother, but now I’m pregnant.
