This book is filled with excellent advice and methods to help your children learn to navigate the ups and downs that life throws at us. The holistic approach is an incredibly healthy way to empower your children. When they can learn how to self-regulate and learn ways to deal with the big emotions, it makes a huge difference. I felt like the "shopping cart method" was good for me. Not everything works for every parenting style of personality. But you can pick from many methods to suit your child best. Valuable resource!

This book does an excellent job of explaining the hows and whys of investing for a beginner. This is a wonderful tool to help young people get started early, which is incredibly valuable. It does a great job of sharing lots of information on the different types of investments you can explore, as well as pros and cons, and steps to take when you decide on something. It also talks about the importance of your why and reflecting on what your goals are -to help you understand your own motivation. Great resource.

Many times throughout this book, I completely identified with situations described. I was never allowed to express my anger. I've done work over the years, but this is definitely one of the best books I've read and learned from!
The author has written a very compassionate book to help us understand , explore and heal from repressed anger and trauma. The techniques and exercises are powerful and if you're willing to do the work, you will experience healing!

This is an invaluable resource for any mom, but especially new moms. It's filled with simple tips and strategies to find balance in your motherhood and your own critical self care. Releasing the guilt and fear that we aren't measuring up is essential.
This book helps add more tools to our tool kit to do just that. Setting boundaries, using affirmations and reaching out for a support system are just a few!

This book is a well written guide for honest self reflection in acknowledging our childhood wounds, understanding how they impacted us, and learning new ways to heal and grow. It covers many areas where we absorbed these traumas. There's helpful techniques for forgiveness.
As someone who grew up with abuse and trauma, I found it compassionate and encouraging.

This is a very fun and interesting trivia book for children! Cat lovers of all ages will find this playful and learn a few things at the same time. The sections about myths and learning about their bodies was fascinating. Great way to combine learning with fun.

This audiobook has a very nice combination of hypnosis, guided meditations, and self-affirmations to help you clear out old beliefs and thought patterns. Then you replace them with plenty of positive thoughts to help you on your journey. It was all very peaceful and calming and over time, I'm hopeful it will all make a positive difference!

This book is filled with crucial financial information we just aren't taught in schools, but that we need to navigate life in the real world. I appreciated the many breakdowns and how-to's of budgeting, saving and investing. Also included are tips to avoid overspending! It talks about the importance of an emergency fund and giving back to your community. A well-rounded approach to a diverse topic.

This book is filled with so many great tips and strategies for improving your life, and why -starting with gratitude! I love how it also gives you action steps to implement them into your daily routine. It includes a good list of suggested reading. One of my biggest takeaways - "it's easier to add a good habit than stop a bad one".

All about the mental strategy! I enjoyed how this book gives you the tools to practice and prepare for a proper success mindset. It teaches you how to face your fears, the importance of our emotional intelligence, visualization, and strengthening our character. Lots of excellent strategies.
