This book is a practical guide to transforming your relationship with anger. Anger can be a healthy emotion when you are in control of it. Healthy anger allows you to protect your boundaries and assert yourself wherever needed. Unhealthy or toxic anger erupts like a volcano and destroys everything that lies in its path, including your peace of mind and your relationships.
The things we struggle with in adulthood often have their root in childhood. If you didn’t grow up in an environment where you were allowed to experience and express healthy anger, it is inevitable that you would end up developing an unhealthy relationship with this powerful emotion. This book seeks to help you transform your relationship with anger from the inside out. Hence, inner child healing is an essential part of this workbook.
All the tools, techniques, methods, and ideas I have presented in this book are the same that you would experience if you walked into my clinic. I can vouch that they have worked for me and for my clients. My goal with writing this book is to reach a wider audience and help more people who can’t visit me in person.

Great Ways to Cool Down
I did not really have anger problems until I had kids. I thought I had a lot of patience, but once you hear a child crying and you are pushed to your limits, it can be easy to explode. I was tuning into parenting books and learned that I needed to better control myself, especially my emotions, so I turned to this audiobook. It helped me be able to better identify when I was starting to feel irritated and find ways to keep it in check before having a meltdown myself. Since implementing some of the core practices to reduce anger as well as some nighly breathing exercises, I've already noticed a difference. I would highly recommend this book to any woman needing to cool down.
