I have read many books and articles regarding Keto. This is my second time through this book. I work in a place that constantly has snacks and treats brought in. It is a struggle to stay away from them. This book is the best explained process of Ketosis snd how to get into Keto.

If you have never read Riano's books I highly recommend them. Riano is so diverse in his characters and story of every book he writes. Some are just downright fun. Some are heartwarming. Some are exciting adventures. Some are all the above. From dogs to dragons. From opening boxes to living underwater.

Lisa is heartwarming as we follow her throughout the world during her travels. She changes lives with her very presence. She also meets a character we are introduced to in another book and their lives intertwine as they move toward their destiny. The narrator Maya Murphy tells the story very well with many different accents and character voices. 5 Stars in all categories from me. Great job Riano as I have said before you never cease to amaze me with your storytelling.

I love these stories. Rebekah is my favorite narrator. The saga continues of Gryphon Ari and his rider. Challenges greet them left and right but together nothing is impossible.

Here we go again. Another of Riano’s masterpieces. It was hard to put this one down. This story introduces us to people who not only have broken things but broken lives. It is a journey of suspense, fear, love and renewal. My favorite line is “just because something is broken doesn’t mean it has to stay that way”. Love it! So very true. Riano’s imagination is out of this world and I look forward to my next adventure created by him.

Åt (pronounced Oat) is from another solar system and when his space ship breaks down on planet Earth he has to begin the arduous process to find Plutonium so he can get his ship back to space travel worthy. His being wears a special suit that can morph into different things like a camel so he can safely cross the desert or as a woman so he can infiltrate areas to gain information. His being is able to listen to and communicate mentally with others in our world. His journey is tedious and challenging to say the least but in the process he meets Brooke and his life is changed forever. As I have said in many other reviews Riano never ceases to amaze me on his imagination to create such fun stories. And the narrator does a great job telling us this story.

What a story! Riano continues to entertain. This book takes place in Switzerland where a young college student who just happens to be the daughter of the US Secretary of State finds a puppy. What she does not know is her puppy is the offspring of a pair of Moscow Waterdogs. This breed was supposed to be extinct as they were bred as highly trained weapons in Russia but after a disaster the project was believed to have been destroyed. Regina soon learns that her dog Solo is very skilled and very protective of her. This book takes us on a journey of espionage as others try to find her dog and his parents to continue the project. Great narrator and exciting story line and characters.

New narrator which surprised me but just a chapter in I was settled in for the story performed by him. Lots of action and suspense in this story. Those Russian outlaws were pretty violent. So glad Marshall Blackstone took care of them. I am also enjoying the additions of the other Marshalls that team up to help him. It appears the media has always embellished their stories to sell papers. Great part of the story line. As usual Riano D McFarland did not disappoint! Now on to the next by my new favorite author.

The first book in the series is Oliver & Mia which was great. I loved meeting Oliver Blackstone. This book 2 goes back to when Oliver Blackstone gets into law enforcement and how he got so darned good at shooting. Wonderfully laid out storyline. Exciting gunslinging battles of the old west. The narrator fits the mental idea of the characters. Great job! Riano never ceases to entertain with his story telling.

I know! Some people say no one deserves 5 stars and it causes algorithms to tag it as a spam review. BUT I LOVE these Jake's Dragon books! I am old...no seriously old....67 to be exact. I listen to audiobooks on my commute to work and while walking my dog. Now to this book. Jake and his dragon are now on the throne of the northwestern dragon kingdom. And now a Drokarian vessel is heading for planet Earth! Jake and his dragon quickly learn that the purpose of this vessel is to harvest all of the dragons before destroying Earth! This is when the military and the president learn that there really are dragons on planet Earth. With the help of other dragon kings Jake and T'Aer Bolun Dakkar save the dragons and planet Earth. Whew what a scare dragons and humans alike endure. Great job Riano for writing another can't put down book and AC Oliver for handling all the voices and emotions flawlessly.
