Change is hard. This book provided hope that I can do this!
I'm a middle aged man with several health related problems. Inflammation, low energy, clouded thoughts, anxiety, and other issues. After 70 days following the principles outlined in this book I have lost 30lbs and relived my inflammation. Crazy how good I feel and look. Everyone wants to know what I'm doing. I share this book with them and encourage all read it 🧡

Wonderful, life saving book!
This was a wonderful, interesting and helpful book! It has helped me stay on the KETO for life path, really saved my life from the path of disease and death. I cannot say thank you to Dr. Bosworth, her whole family and "David" from the story as well as all of Dr Box's other patients that allowed her to share pieces of their stories in this book! Thank you! I wish all doctor's would take the time to read Dr Bosworth's two books.

Ketosis Wisdom and more!
