This cookbook is a must-have for anybody that has an Instant Pot and wants to cook vegan food. My husband and I love that there are so many recipes in this book that are very simple an quick to make. We have no complaints and highly recommend this book!

We’ve been doing plant based eating for a while and this expanded my source of recipes. Found out something new about eating beans that keeps the flatulence away. Prime information.

This book helped me get my power back by giving me the information I desperately needed. The old saying is true: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. The information provided in the first two chapters explains in easy to understand language what diabetes is, the weapons I can use to fight it, and how to implement those weapons to protect myself physically as well as mentally and emotionally.I do recommend this cookbook if you are just starting your journey of a lifetime change being a diabetic.

I could not put this book down. The author provides compelling and riveting insights into the latest science and the causes of many chronic diseases and how to prevent or cure them. Contrary to so many books of this genre, it is based on impeccably researched science and written by somebody with medical and practical experience and credentials. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful cookbook! The recipes are so delicious and flavorful - there’s nothing worse than working hard to prepare a meal and having it be bland. These recipes are incredible! So happy I got this book. It’s well written with plenty of tips and the photos are lovely.

Wow! This book is SO informative!!! Tons of great info. I'm not fully plant based, but I am enjoying adding these meals into my weekly routine. My kids have been been enjoying the recipes! They literally left nothing to the imagination, everything is broken down for beginners like me. Buying some for friends for sure!!! Thank

These recipes look simple and delicious, and I couldn't believe it when I opened the book and discovered that I was excited to try every recipe in there! The layout is almost perfect with your grocery list and meals for the week, and my only complaint would be that the recipes for each week aren't in the same section.Prime information.

His cookbook is no different. Every recipe I have tried so far has been incredible. The recipes are so simple that I am comfortable planning them for a weeknight dinner. Not to mention, the book is very aesthetically pleasing. This cookbook (and Gaz in general) will impress vegans and non-vegans alike.First cookbook I’ve bought is many years. Highly recommend.

Once you watch one of his videos, you immediately want to become one of his mates. Gaz was able to capture that same energy in this book. His book is full of great recipes, which are easy to follow and taste amazing.The lasagna recipe is worth buying the cookbook for. It was flavorful and filling. It even pleased our meat-eating son.
