Story
They've traded punches in knockdown brawls, crashed biplanes through barns, and raced to the rescue in fast cars. They add suspense and drama to the story, portraying the swimmer stalked by the menacing shark, the heroine dangling 20 feet below a soaring hot air balloon, or the woman leaping nine feet over a wall to escape a dog attack. Only an expert can make such feats of daring look easy, and stuntwomen with the skills to perform - and survive - great moments of action in movies have been hitting their mark in Hollywood since the beginning of film.

The latest groundbreaking tome from Tim Ferriss, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek. For the last two years, I've interviewed more than 200 world-class performers for my podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

Story
Now it can be told! The true, behind-the-scenes story of Casablanca Records, from an eyewitness to the excess and insanity. Casablanca was not a product of the 1970s, it was the 1970s. From 1974 to 1980, the landscape of American culture was a banquet of hedonism and self-indulgence, and no person or company in that era was more emblematic of the times than Casablanca Records and its magnetic founder, Neil Bogart.

A little dry at times and I am not a fan of having three different narrators, but I understand why they did it so as you as the listener can differentiate where you are in the complexities of this book.
I am a filmmaker and actor and listening to this book is a must as it gives the history of all stories through the mythology of the world, add in religion, philosophy and psychology and you are in for a detailed journey through history across the globe.

I am an actor/director and found that the information within this book is essential and incredibly insightful. It collects multiple techniques and methods and apply them in a way that is crash and easy to follow.
I also have the printed book version, and the audio version is updated and adapted in a great way and read by Judith herself so it is like being in a private coaching session with her.
Highly recommend

This seems more like it was written by those in power to control those in middle management.
Terrible tips and wording.
Literally teaches you to manipulate, be sneaky and to discreetly suck up to your superiors while downplaying your own positive qualities so as to not hurt your superiors ego and vanity so as to be able to climb the ranks in their favour.
Do not recommend. Especially in this day and age of letting go of ego, self growth and inner peace.
There are far better, and more honest and satisfying ways to gain power without the cost of your soul and self respect.
