This book is detailed and exhaustive. Author has knowledge and articulates concepts accurately. As a caregiver for elderly relatives, the book provides a great perspective on the medical science. It’s also the inspiring factor to take fitness seriously for the elderly. It’s a great resource, with images are included to explain certain exercises clearly.

I always love to learn how to nurture myself from head to toes. As a female who is nearly 50 but people continually assume I’m in my late 20s or early 30s, I will give 5 stars to this book even though I have learned nothing new from this book because I routinely read which I have read further than the author, however, this book give a novice a unique viewpoint in how to take care of their skin and health. All the contents she wrote in here apply to my research 10 years ago. This is great for all beginners and who just want to learn how to take care of the biggest organ in the body!

I have been to many countries in Europe, and soon I will spend 3 months in Europe. After listening to this book, now I want to check out some other countries that the author mentioned and that I haven't been to yet, such as Montenegro and Croatia. This book gave great info for 9 countries in Europe and yes, you can retire in Europe on your retirement budget.

This is an excellent book for everyone. We all deal with stress in daily life and in some situations is difficult to avoid. The author did a fantastic job in pointing out the important aspect of stress and is a great overview of all things stress management. This book is encouraging and useful in helping one manage stress. Highly recommend.

This is a short audiobook that is cute and precious one about the beloved cat that lives in our hearts forever. The funny story that will make you laugh and smile. I believe the pet gave us unconditional love and the feeling of being loved, accept, and care it's undeniable.

I love the idea of breaking it down into 30 steps that are easy to read with personal stories and examples. Each step leads to uplifting ideas and tips for an effective approach. You might know some of these tips if you have been reading many self-help books. But if you are new to this type of book, you will be amazed.

However, the author makes it easy for everyone to gather information in one place. For me, this book is a reminder and motivates me to apply what I have known to be practical and real.

Dealing with panic attacks, anxiety, and depression is not easy, but we can learn to deal with them before it's coming or preparing and knowing about them, so once we have to deal with them, we know how to approach and find solutions; I love this book with all practical advice that makes sense. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I believe we can rewire our subconscious mind and it's the connection to our thought that leads to our behavior. The affirmations are perfect for my morning routine. I love this audiobook because I listen to and repeat these affirmations every morning.
