Learning how to manage stress is very beneficial if we try to decrease the amount of stress in our lives by putting our selves first. This audio aids as a preventative for women to better manage stress in their lives.
In addition, it explains that less should be more. In other words, slow things down and take time to breathe and smell the roses. That way we are better fully aware and open to be our best selves to our selves and others, therefore managing stress in a healthier and not burnt out getting sick and being unhappy way.
This is a wonderful way to listen to managing stress.
