I'm late to the game with listen to the Mount Trilogy☹️ Oh well, now it's on. Mount has so many sides and I'm as whiplashed as Kiera is. This story is written so well and I am enjoying it so much. Mount keeps me guessing what his next moves will be and I love it. Keira is a fighting tigeress. She has no problem going up against the big bad wolf! I love their dynamic, Grace is perfect and Joe gives Mount the right amount the growly voice he needs. Is this book worth the credit? Hell yeah! Is this series worth taking on? Fuck yeah! Am I off to listen to the next book? You betcha😈

Saoirse was a tough FMC. She could hold her own and go toe to toe with anyone. And that's just what she did when it came to Jamie/Scotty. She took him for a ride and made him work for her love. There were so many twists, and turns to the story. So many secrets uncovered that changed the course of everyone's lives. The book was well written and the spice was good. I really enjoyed it and want to go back and listen to the previous books. I also loved the narrators!

I give it a 3🌶️, 4🎧and 4🌟overall.

Loved it!! This storyline was great for an arranged marriage in the mafia world. Bianca was tough when she needed to be. Ballsy even. Her parents were unsavory characters 🙄 Vincent tried to be tough in the beginning, I honestly didn't think he had the ability to love. But he came around and rose to the occasion. The side characters proved to be interesting, especially Trixie. I never saw that coming. Nor did I see Gabbi's story unfolding. All in all it was definitely worth a credit and I can't wait for book two to come out!

Whew that was all kinds of naughty 😈 The story flowed and the characters meshed so well together. Super hot and spicy inside while it snowed outside. Then the cast...oh my Samantha, she just outdid herself! Of course she had some sexy sounding men that made this an audiobook 🤌🏻

This is one heartbreaking story. If you want a story that will cause a few tears and grip your heart, then this is a great listen. The Hennington brothers will make you laugh along with the small town gossip. It’s a wonderful listen. Andi and Sebastian are great storytellers 💖

Good friends give good recommendations…and this was the best so far! I’ve never read/listened to a book that had mind control. This had that plus all the mysteries. Many times I was thinking wtf. This story has all you need in a thriller with a HEA. The narration was great as well. I would definitely check those trigger warnings. But if you like dark…this story is a must🫣

From the beginning, I knew the author had some serious talent! I jumped right into this story. The chemistry between Cash and Grace was electric. Grace was so sassy, while Cash had sexiness in spades.
Grace meets Cash in 1st class on her way to a weekend getaway. Cash strikes up a conversation and then orders champagne. They have this amazing weekend and then life happens.
Although you can’t imagine the turn it’s about to take. There is so much drama that they have to deal with and some of it pits themselves against the other. And then…..the cliffhanger. I knew it was coming.
I’ve been trying process all of my emotions. Because this author leaves you feeling everything…happiness, anger, frustration, confusion, love, hopefulness and so many more.
The narration was amazing. Joe Arden gave a dark, rich, smoothe tone to Cash. Lucy did a great job with both the confident Grace and the Grace who felt like she was beaten down for a bit.

This books starts off fast paced from the get go! Hop in and enjoy the ride. There are a lot of twists and many more, I fear, will come in the conclusion of this duet!

Lex did not expect to have such strong feelings for Wren. These were feelings he’d never experienced before. The need to keep Wren safe was overwhelming and confusing to Lex. She went from being a pawn in a game of chess to his queen.

Wren thought she had life figured out. She knew her father wasn’t on the up and up but received some harsh truths! Not even Lex saw the biggest one coming!

Obviously their story didn’t start as the typical love story. When your first encounter is as your being kidnapped…well it’s not the same as being asked out on a date. However the connection they both feel for each other is very real. Her need not to resist, his need not to let her go is out of their control at this point.

This is the first Lucy and Joe book in quite a while. They DID NOT disappoint. Joe’s deep, menacing tone when not with Wren was impressive. His sexy voice when he’s with her is the best parts of a Joe narrated book😈 Lucy makes Wren’s badass tone PERFECT! She projects all of the many emotions Wren feels during this book so well. They both make this book so much more enjoyable and exciting than just reading would have been. I am so ready to jump right into Twisted King!!

This book put me through it. Just as I thought I had things figured out, a new twist was thrown at me. Well done Olivia! Jake definitely was NOT like most men and definitely not looked the men in Rachael’s life. She was scared to trust him and I don’t blame her. They both had immediate attraction for one another. I love romantic suspense. So it ticked off all of my boxes. This is the first book in the series and I can’t wait to work my way through more. There were a lot of characters, it’ll be interesting to see where the series goes. The narration was great as well. The female narrator is new to me. Jo Raylon did an amazing job with such an emotional character. Joe Arden, well he does this character justice!

The Boy and His Ribbon
By Pepper Winters
Narrated by Will M Watt and Hayden Bishop

The Boy and His Ribbon is book one in the Ribbon Duet and is my first Pepper Winters book.
This coming of age. YA/college romance was a mixed bag for me, on the one hand I was gripped by the amazingly emotional, heart breaking, gut wrenching, cruel and tender story and on the other hand parts of this book were uncomfortable to listen to, and whilst exploring their own bodies and feelings, and navigating their adolescence and finding themselves.
Ren is a strong character, his love for his “little ribbon” knows no bounds. He does his utmost to keep a small girl alive when no boy his age has the survival skills needed to survive in a world that has failed them.
Delta is a strong willed little girl who is besotted with Ren and will do anything for him. They are all each other has in the world and feel they don’t need anyone else, however, growing up comes with it's confusions, hormones, body changes etc and can cause friction and complications.
New to me narrators Will M Watt and Hayden Bishop bring this book to life duet style and do an amazing job with the text. There are some moments in the book that were very uncomfortable to listen to so I can only imagine these scenes must have been hard to perform, but credit where it’s due they knocked it out of the park.
While I enjoyed the story, Ms Winters seemed to start threads within the storyline and didn’t follow them through to completion, also the heavy lust between them as adolescents has me feeling uncomfortable. I do have to point out Ms Winters writing style and storytelling abilities are very impressive, she know how to draw out emotions and feelings from is listeners.
