Josh’s epilogue

The most ridiculous main character ever. Extremely inane and annoying. Wasn’t particularly fond of the narrator and her “baby” voice for a grown woman. Story became predictable. I will return the book. I did like the epilogue.

The basic story was interesting and the narrator was very good. I had a difficult time getting past the annoying Sammy character. So overly dramatic and almost immature, I just couldn’t fall in love with him as I usually do with other Coben’s characters. Going back and forth about returning the book.

I wanted to love this book, but I couldn’t get past the annoying “friends.” Not happy I wasted a credit.

Don’t waste your credit. I’m upset with myself for wasting mine. I’m a longtime fan of Robin Cook which adds to my disappointment.

Don’t waste a credit. Lots of twists, but the main character was beyond annoying and dumb. Sorry I wasted my credit AND time.

Enjoyed VBF’s first novel. I have been missing the delightful low country stories since the loss of DBF. My Wild Dune visits were just not the same without her tales! You’ve hit a home run, Victoria! Keep them coming. I’m looking forward to the next installment.

This memoir gave me a totally different perspective on Barbra Streisand. I was never really a fan of her, for reasons I couldn’t explain. Her story and the insight on what makes Barbra Barbra has given me a whole new appreciation of her person, talent, intelligence, and determination. I highly recommend this book and hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Was relieved when it was FINALLY over! Sloan’s whining put me over the edge. Will probably ask to be refunded my wasted credit.

Couldn’t wait for this to be over! Totally lackluster, superficial, boring characters, most of them whiny and self-absorbed. I agree with a Kindle reviewer’s assessment, I, too, disliked them all by the end.
