Let's face it, as founders and entrepreneurs, you have a lot on your plate - getting to your minimum viable product, developing customer interaction, hiring team members, and managing the accounts/books. Sooner or later, you have a board of directors, three to five (or even seven) Type A personalities who seek your attention and at times will tell you what to do. While you might be hesitant to form a board, establishing an objective outside group is essential for startups.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Something new, and not a replica of the original
Any additional comments?
Disclaimer: I have read the original and loved it, here I've listened up to chapter 6.
If you didn't hear the original I guess this would be a great book. However, if you did, I don't think you will learn much from this one. They've added 'In the digital age' to the title, but claim assertively that Dale's advise are timeless, and don't add any new info - so why the new book with the misleading title?

Story
Most of us think of sales as convincing potential customers to believe or do something they don't really want to. But that cutthroat mentality makes the process much harder than it has to be—especially in an economic downturn, when customers are more suspicious and defensive. It's far more productive (and satisfying) when salespeople think like Go-Givers and focus exclusively on creating value for the customer.
