Along with diet and exercise...yeah right, easier said than done. UNLESS i listen to this while i sleep and then just like magic, this things that were seemingly impossible just started happening. i would go through the day andbe active without even thinking about it. weeks would pass and ice cream would be brought up and i would think.
WOW, its been weeks since i had ice cream. so excited about my new life full of possibilities. This audio-book was decorated in a manner that everybody can listen and understand. This is a audio-book that will improve your path in meditation and help you achieve your goals in life.

What an awesome audio book!!! It should be a must-listen for every High-school graduating person. In addition, I believe every businessman can benefit from it. I did, and I am an experienced Entrepreneur. Although I have listened to it twice, I recently ordered the audio book so I can explain in the audio book , highlight wherever I desire, paperclip, etc areas that I want to go back to quickly.

Thompson does a great job of highlighting the basics of Buddhism. I was thoroughly impressed that the author was able to introduce everyday actions and ideas to help improve your principal way of life. He places emphasis that Buddhism is not a religion, but a life choice. Originally, I downloaded a sample of the book. I didn't get that much out of the sample. After completing the sample there was some information about a podcast by the author. I decided to give it a listen while working around the house.

This is a phenomenal audiobook recording. It really teaches you the fundamentals of talking and dealing with anxiety and dealing on how to talk to people. I saw positive changes in the manner I carry on a conversation even before completing the audiobook recording. This audible was one of the tools that helped me change my life. Everyday it’s helping me grow and everyday I see a change I never saw after reading a few books on the same topic.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this audible. It was unnatural at first to do a meditation on money, but I’ve come to accept that abundance should be loved! I especially like that this is a sleep meditation, because the mind is always listening, and sleep time is the perfect time to reprogram the mind! Love it! I am a very positive person, who thought I would try a bit of meditation just to make sure that I give myself some time, I tested this book and was shocked at how much it has helped and improved my life. Such an awesome audiobook.
