A 2016 study compared four different types of meditation, and found that they each have their own unique benefits.
During body scan, for example, participants saw the biggest increases in how aware they were of their bodies (unsurprisingly) and the sharpest decline in the number of thoughts they were having, particularly negative thoughts and thoughts related to the past and future. Loving-kindness meditation led to the greatest boost in their feelings of warmth and positive thoughts about others. Meanwhile, observing-thought meditation seemed to increase participants’ awareness of their thoughts the most. Previous research also suggests that observing-thought meditation has an advantage in reducing our judgmental attitude toward others.

Meditation is the best
Without a doubt, meditation is the best because it allowed me to eliminate stress and rest in an incredible way. All the benefits that I have obtained with meditation are spectacular and have made me lead a healthy and very happy life. Being able to go to bed and sleep without any worries is magnificent.
I fall asleep quickly and rest a lot. Every time I listen to these stories, my body relaxes in an impressive way which has given me a better physical condition and perfect health. To be able to enjoy such a high-quality audiobook is wonderful.

I overcame everything that was hurting me.
I was able to overcome everything that was hurting me, thanks to meditation. Meditation helped me to forge a powerful mind, and thanks to it, I was able to get out of the depression I was in. This depression did not let me sleep because I always had harmful thoughts that aggravated my condition, but thanks to this audiobook, I overcame all that, and now I live happily.

Fantastic put this on at bed time
Fantastic put this on at bed time sends right off to sleep. The good thing about this one is your not awakens by the different tone in voice or high pitched or moments of quietness then goes loads that I've found some sleep meditations to be. I can't remember what happens after I falls sleep but if I'm ever half awake I think it's some for of music after the initial talking to sleep and find it easier and easier to drift off the more I listen. Highly recommended from someone who is always looking for a new sleep meditation.

Very worth it!
"Sleeping peacefully at night used to hard before but with this audio book it is really very easy now. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it! This audiobook is helpful for people who have trouble sleeping at night, this audiobook is really helpful for getting to sleep at night. Loved every single bit of it. Easy listen, excellent narrator, smooth story. Loved the fact that meditations are ordered at the end of the audiobook."

Magical!
"This Guided meditation script gets a solid 5 stars from me, the script by absolute peace has helped me to stop my insomnia. Then I feel in a much more better state of mind as well when I listen to this in the middle of the day. Even the voice of the narrator is very relaxing. You can really fall asleep while listening to pretty goddam fast."

Wonderful tips to sleep
"Like many people today I've been looking for better ways to manage stress and to find some peace. I was trying to meditate on my own for months and found it difficult. I was ready to give up, but I didn't. I felt meditation could help me if I could find some guidance, so I did some searching and found this audiobook. It is wonderful. It helps me focus and afterwards, I feel great. Usually, I find noises (voices) very distracting during meditation, but the author's voice is soothing like a caress though it took a little getting used to hear someone talk after a long silence."

Great to fall asleep
"I've listened to a lot of sleep learning tapes but this one really resonated with me. The soothing words finally broke through all of the inner walls and touched the Child within. Great to fall asleep listening to and waking up not hating life so much.
The beautiful voice really helps you to get into a meditative state in all the meditations there is also so many to choose from and to keep it varied if you don't like to do the same one every day, highly recommend."

Helped me tremendously.
"I have gotten in the habit of meditating daily and it has helped me tremendously. I think even little kids would benefit from this and they'd probably even do better than us adults. It is wonderful to hear narrator's soothing voice guiding me through meditation again. Listened to this for the first time while on vacation. Now, when I listen to it, I can just picture that scenery and listen to narrator's voice slowing down my thoughts."
